In 2009, a bold vision was born: to build a service company rooted in excellence, trust, and long-term impact. That vision sparked the creation of a home and property service brand that would steadily grow, evolve, and expand its reach across British Columbia.
After a decade of hands-on experience and expansion, we hit a pivotal moment. The
challenges of 2020 prompted a strategic reset. Instead of chasing growth for growth’s sake, we paused, evaluated, and reimagined how we could serve better — and build something that lasts.
By 2023, our next chapter had begun. We committed to smarter systems, stronger
leadership, and a more purposeful culture. We embraced the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), leveraged talent alignment tools like the Culture Index and Working Genius, and invested in AI and emerging software to give us a long-term edge.
That clarity led to the creation of Top Cat Services — a multi-trade service brand designed to unite excellence across multiple disciplines under one roof.
